10 graham crackers, or less, depending on size of dish you use
1 (8-oz.) fat free cream cheese, room temperature
2 cups skim milk
1 small box FF, Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding
1 (8-oz.) tub fat free Cool Whip, divided in half
1/4 - 1/2 cup coconut, toasted
Use a square dish.
Lay graham crackers in bottom of dish. Some may overlap to cover bottom.
Whip milk, pudding and cream cheese.
Fold in 1/2 tub Cool Whip and refrigerate.
Top with remaining 1/2 tub Cool Whip when cheese mixture is firm.
To toast cocoanut in a non-stick skillet, stir constantly over medium heat; then cool.
Top dessert with toasted coconut.
