Ingredients:

* 1/2 c Diet Margarine
* 1/2 c Honey
* 1/4 c Egg Substitute
* 1 ts Vanilla
* 1 1/4 c Flour
* 2 ts Baking Powder
* 1 c Rolled Oats
* 1/2 c Raisins


Instructions:

1. Cream margarine and honey; add egg substitute and vanilla blend well. 2. Combine flour and baking powder; add gradually to honey mixture. 3. Add oats and raisins; mix until well blended. 4. Drop by teaspoon fulls unto nonstick cookie sheet; bake 10 -12 minutes at 375 F.
