Method:
1. Combine onion, salsa, salt, and chili powder.
2. Mix seasonings with ground beef, just until well-blended but not over mixed, and shape into 4 patties, each 3/4-inch thick.
3. Heat 12-inch skillet over high heat until hot. Add patties and cook about 4 minutes per side for medium or until desired doneness.
