Contain: 4 bananas
115 gm plain chocolate
8 squares (6"x6") Kitchen foil
16 Toothpicks
1. Peel bananas and cut each in half through the middle to make 8 banana halves.
2. Into the cut end of each one, push two sticks close together only leaving a small end to make handle.
3. Place a banana in the center of the foil. Wrap it up neatly and secure the ends closed.
4. Similarly wrap the other pieces.
5. Place them in the freezer for 24 hours till frozen firm.
6. Break chocolate in a bowl. Place the bowl over a saucepan with hot water.
7. Stir occasionally till the chocolate has melted and is smooth.
8. Carefully unwrap the bananas and coat them with chocolate one at a time holding them by their stick. Chocolate will set firm on the cold surface.
9. Rewrap them in silver foil and secure the end closed and keep them in the freezer.
10. Should be eaten when still frozen and firm.
