Contains: 4 pieces bread slices
Butter (enough for spreading on the slices)
1tbsp raisins
2 tbsp Sugar
140 ml milk
Few drops Vanilla essence
1. Heat oven to 375degreeF.
2. Spread the slices of bread with butter and press together to form two sandwiches. Trim the edges and cut in cubes.
3. Butter the dish. Place the bread cubes in the dish.
4. Sprinkle with raisins and sugar.
6. Pour the mixture over the bread pieces.
7. Let the pudding stand for 15 minutes.
8. Place the dish in the center of the hot oven and bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
9. Serve hot.
