green peppers, onions, a splash of olive oil, some (but not too much) cheddar cheese

Really the sky is the limit.. try mixing different combos of veggies to amp the nutrients/vitamins etc.

Also, if you put meat in it, look for low sodium or all natural lunch meat. The typical deli cuts are loaded with extra **** (sugar, HFCS, flavor enhancers, sodium and preservatives).
Some people cook chicken breast ahead of time, then put a few pieces of that in too.

Only use the freshly sliced from the deli right?

do u use full eggs or mainly egg whites or do u use something like "egg beaters"?

You should do maybe a shorter low impact work out before breakfast because I read in a magazine that there is something about working out before breakky that helps to get more out of the workout.
