I discovered this nearly by accident but it turned out good so here goes:
This recipes will make 4 to 6 burgers depending on how large you like your burgers.
1 pound of ground chicken
2 cups of chopped spinach
1/2 cup of Barilla Sweet Pepper Marinara sauce
Black pepper (to taste)
Garlic salt (to taste)
Oregano (to taste)
Mix thoroughly and seperate out into patties of desired size.
I did mine on my Hamilton Beech grill (similar to the Foreman grill only superior in every possible way) for 7 minutes. Voila. I know it sounds weird but let me tell you these bad boys were awesome! Unfortunately you still have to put it on bread (whole wheat of course) but this is a good cheat meal that isn't really cheating too much.
