I've been making these a lot lately and they are fantastic. You can play around with the ingrediants to suit your needs, but this is how I make mine:
6 frozen coffee ice cubes
1/2 cup coffee
1/2 cup light soymilk plus Fiber
1 scoop Muscle Milk light (I really like chocolate caramel or choc. peanut butter)
1/2 cup fat free, light frozen yogurt
I blend all ingrediants, except for the frozen yogurt. After the ingrediants are mixed and the ice crushed well, I add the frozen yogurt and blend another 15 or 20 seconds.
On a heavier lifting days, I usually use either 2 scoops muscle milk, or one scoop muscle milk and one scoop hemp powder, and then just add extra soymilk.
