Default Protein Pumpkin Shake

Ingredients

6 ice cubes
1/3 cup canned pumpkin puree
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1 cup vanilla-flavored soy milk
2 packets Splenda
Dash of cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg
1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Steps

1. Add all ice cubes, and the remaining ingredients into blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into a glass and serve!
