Ingredients
2 bone-in pork chops
1 1/2tbsp maple syrup
1 1/2tbsp Dijon mustard
1tsp olive oil
1 small clove garlic, crushed
How
1. Preheat a cast-iron skillet to medium-high.
2. In a small bowl, stir together the syrup, mustard, oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
3. Place the chops and mustard mixture inside a large Ziploc plastic bag, then shake thoroughly to coat the chops.
4. Place the chops on the skillet, cooking 3-4 minutes per side. In the last minute of cooking, pour the remaining mustard mixture into the chops.
