Ingredients:
1/2tsp olive oil
1 Frozen Salmon Fillet
1/2c frozen bell-pepper strips
1 lean cuisine Fettuccine Alfredo
1/4tsp minced garlic
2c tightly packed spinach leaves
How:
Microwave the salmon, the bell pepper, and the entire pasta entrée according to their package instructions. Heat the olive oil in a garlic non-stick skillet over medium heat. Toss the garlic and spinach into heated skillet, turning frequently with tongs until the leaves are wilted (about 2 minutes). Drain any liquid from the bell pepper, then add it to the pasta along with the salmon, roughly chopped. Stir the spinach into the pasta mixture.
