WW English Muffin LIGHT ( no HFCS in these). I take two of them and toast them. Chop up lean ground beef and mix it with spinach and fresh garlic. Cook them in Canola or Olive oil. Turkey Bacon and Low Fat Mozz. When im bulking I will eat two of these. For added effect I might slice up some sweet potatoes and make some baked fries. Again, no more white bread, lean beef (under 10% fat) and its guilt free.
