Default pelvic pain

following 2 turp operations i was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 1999 followed by course of radiotherapy. following turps began to suffer severe pelvic pain. one consultant told me it was likely caused by nerve end damage following surgery, another that it was probably prostititis as discomfort extended into penis subscribed me course of ciprofloxacin but to no avail. does anyone know of available treatments, including surgery, or is anyone suffering similar experience. any information greatly appreciated. regards to all
