My implant is scheduled for February 6th and due to my circumstances (living 2,000 miles and 4 countries away from my hospital) I have been offered the chance to learn self-catheterisation, in case of any (normally not occurring) urine blockage. Can anyone tell me what to look out for in this process, to make sure I ask the nurse?

The second question relates to passing aircraft security checks with a large number of titanium capsules of radioactive iodine concentrated in the prostate. Does anyone know about / have experience of such security devices (I don't really want to end up having my cavities searched at the airport).
