Default Prostitis, scared of prostate cancer :(

6 months ago I developed prostate problems. I have not been to a doctor. I had actually been exercising when this started. I took action immediately. I started doing prostate massages immediately as soon as I found out. They worked like a charm, prostate is walnut size small now. I did them very little with effectiveness. I forgot I even had the problem at times. One or two good massages getting the fluid out did the trick. Slowly it came back quicker, and became less effective. I thought maybe I should have stayed on it. I also have developed a strange numbness in my left leg now. I thought maybe its lymphatic, I started jumping on my trampoline over 30 minutes(sometimes an hour) a day with my shirt off to soak up some sun. While doing some yoga as well.

I now do them daily. I started eating fresh ginger every 4 hours. I chop it up real good, and eat a good palm size of it. There is a ton of fluid that comes out
now. This actually seems like it kinda irritates it more. I quit for 3 days. Does not hurt so bad, but my leg feels wierd. The leg pain was worse at its peak
before I started taking ginger and daily massages. I feel some relief in my leg when I milk it now, but I am getting a little worried now.

After I sweat my brains out in the sun, i take a hot/cold shower. Focusing on my leg/pelvis a lot. I noticed this kicks up that strange soreness in my leg. I recently noticed doing a yoga stance for long periods with my legs in the air, while supporting my back up with my legs sitting on my head brings this leg problem about quickly. Today I started soaking my feet in peroxide, baking soda, and Epsom salt.
