Default i had an orchidectomy need HELP!! please

Hello

First of all, i dont want anyone knowing i had this... so my user is not related to me what so ever.

Second of all, as far as i know, i dont or didnt have cancer.

My story... When i was about about 2-3 years old i was in hospital due to non dropping testicles. Then about 4-6 when back in, due to the testicles still not dropped, even though i had the surgery.

When i was about 8, i hit puberty (young, i know) and about the age of 10, i noticed my left testicle was very small... I saw the doctor, and everything, they said that it is a healthy testicle... just small... should get right size by the age of 15-16.

At the age of 15-16, i was too scared to see the doctor, until the summer of 2008. I had an operation on my ankle in the summer, so couldnt walk. Got an apointment to see the urologist, in november, but they said i should get surgery asap. (after having scans, ect)

I was not fit enough to have surgery till monday, just gone. I had an orchidectomy and a fake testicle put in... as i was very down, in my self, and they thought it would be best for my mentle health.

They did not cut the scrotum as far as i can tell.

My questions

First Question

How long before the swelling goes?

Second Question

Dose the fake testicle change shape?

Third Question

As i only have 1 testicle, can i still have like 8 children? (i want 6 boys, 2 girls... lol, non adoped all mine)

fourth Question

As i hit puberty with 1 testicle dose it mean, that i have less testosterone I stopped growing at the age of 12.

5th question

as i have a fake testicle, and things how do i know if my body has taken to it? the surgeon said, i have a small risk that my body will reject it.

6th question

I had what i would call an mini erection, but was like a full erection, dose that mean i have erection problems? or is that normal?

7th question

the scrotum around the fake testicle is thick, and feels horrible, will that go? is that where the **** inside me is?

I have a friend who had a testicle removed about twenty years ago without a false one put in and another friend who had one removed a few years ago who did have one put in, so based on what they told me I will try and help.

1) Swelling, don't know, but not long I should think
2) The fake testicle will change shape and you will soon get used to it
3) Having kids will not be a problem at all. As a matter of interest Hitler only had one testicle.
4) Your testerone will not be effected
5) If your body rejects it you will have continual infections. If it is removed you will be perfectly OK
6) It should not effect your ability to have an erection. If you do get problems though see your doctor.
7) No idea why your scrotum should feel thick around the new testicle, see your doctor if it bothers you.

Don't worry son, many men at all ages have such an operation and they go on to live perfectly normal lives

Good luck
