I had Robotic Radical surgery on June 19th. Minor leakage which I expected..Libido is good but cannot acheive erection also no surprise, however can acheive dry orgasm. My concern is after orgasm I have testicular pain, mild but it lasts sometimes for a day or two. Anyone else have this situation? I take 20mg of Cialis per day as prescribed for blood circulation but dont think the pain is a side effect.
