My father

I am here to help support and understand my father's diagnose. We share a house and we spend alot of time together along with my 3 daughters and there spouses / boyfriends. My dad is very private when it comes to health issues. I found out over the weekend that he has prostate cancer and has known for about 2-3 months. He is taking Casedox (sp?) and starting hormone therapy. I have been reading some very unsettling side effects regarding this type of treatment. I don't know the extent of his illness or what "stage". I am in sad / scared stage and any information would be helpful. Thank you.
