Default Do you think there might be a correlation between decrease in sexual activity

and prostate problems.? I have never seen a study done, but it seems to me that more and more men are having prostate problems as studies reflect more and more problems with ED and sexual issues in general. I wonder if the lack of use (in terms of the prostate, since that is where semen is produced and forced) is causing the problem.

It may sound silly, but if you talk to older, sexually active males, you find fewer of them have prostate problems.
Most of the men I know let's say 75% have some kind of prostate problem.
