My baby cries too may time in night - should I let my baby cry itself to sleep?

Depends on why she is crying. If she is just lonely and trying to manipulate for attention, that is another matter. At first, it is ok to go in and give comfort. Stay for a few minutes until she calms down and falls back asleep. The key to breaking the habit is to lengthen the time between you going to her and the time she cries.
