Default Yes it will!!

Yes...babies, toddlers and even kids up to 7-years-old need more than the "average 8-hours"...they need at least 9-12 hours a night. Babies grow and develop while they're sleeping and it is crucial every baby (child) get enough sleep to metabolize, grow and as with any human being; sleeping increases the immune defenses.
