I am the step mom of a 8 yr old who has been in my life since he was 3 yrs old. My husband has joint custody(with exwife) and he son lives with us 45% of the time. Here the problem : Bio mom wants Bio dad to attend P/T conferences with her but bio dad wants seperate ones(which is fine with the school). So bio dad made his own time without bio mom.Well bio dad asked me to attend with him as I offen help his son with homework and such.Some how bio mom found out I went and went bananas! She sent a letter to the school board and told them I had no right being there and if they allowed me to attend again she would sue them. Then she told bio dad she would take him back to court if he brought me again and get a court order to keep me out. I would just like the opinions of other parents did I over step my boundaries or is she just being jealous?
