Default Hey would appreciate your advice...

Well I'm not enquiring for right now, but I'd appreciate some advice for the future.
I'm going into my final year of college, having just completed my years work placement. Please judge your answers by the standards you would apply to a UK citizen

My question is this...
Whats the liklihood of me getting a mortgage right after I finish college and secure a job?
I'll be 21 and working at a job with incom of over 30000. My partner will be working at a job of income +22000 and both salaries will be increasing.
