Paid traffic is real?

I have a website to promote my clickbank product, But i m finding difficult to bring people to the website.
There are a lot of Traffic websites giving 10,000 visitors for $7 - $10. Are all the visitors real? Can i get atleast one or two sales in that 10,000 visitors?
I ve seen many marketing methods and traffic generation methods in the site bbpmarketing.com..!!
Can i use this site to get sales to my website..
I am ready to spend money in the advertising for my product, but dont know which one is good and reliable and which one can convert good sales???
Can i try these sites like bbpmarketing, mymadmailer which sends emails to many members, and group mailers.. etc??? Can i get more traffic and sales??
