my Commission not paying

iam may have a trouble with 1 site
i guessed iam scamed, i promoted there site got registrations to them, now they are not paying
the website is www.bayt.com
they pay $1 per signup
i promoted that site and have earned over $600 in few days of which $496 was due last month..
i asked them for payment, and they asked my bank alc no. and swift code and i gave it to them,
but till now iam have not recieved the payment in my alc, and now they are not responding to my emails..
i guess affiliate manager has got away with my commission, i emailed them more than 10 times, no reply at all
now if they dont pay , what shall i do
