Best Article Directory Sites?

First off, I tried searching the forums for info on this and didn't really come up with anything that was dedicated to this topic so I thought I'd make this thread.
I'm trying to drive traffic to my blog and have created an article. I'm wondering what are the best article directory sites out there. Does it matter where you submit or should I just search for Article Directory and submit to every single directory I find?
I've never really done this before but I know a lot of you guys have, any advice would be great.
