i joined google adsense approx. 4 months back. in starting i was earning max. 50 cent per day. now i m making $30-$35 per day. how?
step 1:- register for adsense account with free website all4webs.com
make 8-10 websites on diff. topics like loan,dating,credit card,....

how to bring traffic?
i use google adwords . i pay 3-4 cent per visitor. my CTR is approx.50 %.
my traffic secret is that i do not use google search . instead of it, i use content network. in it i get one visitor for 3-4 cent.
you can do same thing. do not waste money in programs where fee is needed
