I don't think so, apart from PaysGold Interexchange Service debit card (it's not visa/mastercard), although I'd watch that

There are anondebicards but not confirmed if are reliable. Few positve comments in fourm resemble like partners.

Please I would like to know if the VMI card is now working well with paypal.I once heard adding the VMI card to paypal could later on lead to your paypal account being limited
