Default Alcohol and Junk Food

I've found that binge drinking seems to temporarily ease my depression.
Also gorging on coca cola, red bull, chocolate and crisps, seems to make me feel a little better. I've tried eating rigidly healthily and I seem to feel worse, so I'm just going to eat and drink loads of this stuff till my depression goes away, and do lots of exercise in conjunction.
What do other people think about this.
