Exercising elevates your testosterone levels temporarily, while getting off the energy and soft drinks can lead to withdrawal symptoms, both of which can make you more aggressive.
So I've decided to abandon the "Gamer" in me and get out there and work out, abandoning the energy/soft drinks, going for runs, weight training and cycling among other things.
Yet one thing I've noticed, apart from feeling better since doing it is that I've started feeling a change in my aggression in general, is this normal to feel that way?
