    About three nites ago I was training on my treadmill. I am trying for 45 minutes at a speed of 3.5 miles an hour, this is my goal for June '09. I was up 40 minutes @ 3.5 m/h when I realized that I could do an "ol man's jog" at that rate of speed. So, that is what I did, for 2 minutes, then back down to 3.0 m/h for 3 minutes and then back up to 3.5 m/h for another 2 minutres. I continute this for 10 minutes, just for the hell of it, it was taxing but I felt good! Bottom line: the corns on both my big toes came loose, I was exercising bare foot, and had actually jogged out of my corns! Dig that! I usually soak my feet before I take my shower, and the callouses actually came off. My toes are sore so I can't exercise like I want to. See you, guy. Take care. TopPop
