What if my wife cant afford divorce (she started it but put it on hold) but I proceed with it anyway?

Would you accept small financial settlement demands without divorce and believe they will honor that when divorce comes?

If a joint residency order is agreed without courts, is this likely to be maintained if things get bitter and she tries to revoke it?

My head is a mess and i just dont know what to do anymore.
