I am 19 and i live in the uk. For the last year i have studied to become a mechanic and i am now nearing the end of my course.
Where i have had two jobs and a lot of studying to do, plus a long term relationship i have let my exercise slip. During the summer of last year i got into an amazing shape probably one of the best i have been in. Now i am looking at starting to get fit again and looking to keep it going this time. I have a local gym which i used last year which is £30pm for membership and offers everything you need really in the way of a gym... Weights room, cardio room and shower! I am around 5ft 7 and weigh just shy of 14stone. This probably seems a lot to most people for a 19 year old but in all honesty i am quite a big build for a small statue. My current measurements shall be added later on to give you some sort of idea of my size. I dont drink often, and i never smoke or take recreational drugs, i like veg and cooking my own meals but i also give in to fast food! I am not looking to have a body of perfect proportion straight away because i know it doesnt work like that but i would like to get working towards it. So any tips/advice on where/how to start would be nice, i do have a college A level in P.E but this is only so much help. I can run locally and i have a program on my mobile that runs off GPS and allows me to measure average speed and distance covered i believe its called sports tracker and is quite a handy little device. I own weights at home and some work out equipment as well, i also have clothes and trainers for doing physical activities already. Currently i lack exercise, once every now and then i will go for a long walk but that will be it, i really want to change my figure and get back into the routeine of things. I go college three days a week and work five days a week, with one day i work two jobs. Spare time is mainly in evenings around 8.30pm after i finish work. So if anyone can give me some pointers i would be greatly appreciative. I am also looking at creating a food diary as well to keep track of what i eat. |
