layerd hair from the behind

hello there.could anyone help me to find a couple of pictures of layers at the back of hair.The thing is in the salon i go to the lady's dont speak english well,so half the time they dont understand when i ask them for layer.If i can show them a picture i could definately get a great hair cut.Why dont sites have pictures of the back of heads............my hair's like 3ish inches below my shoulder.please help if u can,tanx
