Has anyone here ordered from hatsoffhair.com? If so, what was your experience like?

On that same note, has anyone ordered from hollywoodlace.com?

You see, I want to have my Farrell piece duplicated. The frontal hair line, base materials are all great BUT (a very BIG but...), the systems are *very (beyond!) expensive* compared to what these other companies charge. Unfortunately I did not know about the above mentioned hair system makers before getting the Farrell systems! (I wanted virtual undetectability and so went for Farrell).

Also, any ex- Farrell wearers that have tried any of the above hair system makers? Can they be as good as $$$$ Farrell?

Any feedback greatly appreciated! Thanks.

The hairpieces I ordered from Hollywoodlace.com are really good. I have ordered from hollywoodlace for over a year now. I have hollywoodlace's super fine swiss lace with side and back poly to put tape on. I am more then happy to give them a great testimonial. I was hair club member before, and then I ordered hairpieces from 3 other online places before hooking up with hollywoodlace. They really do have the best hair pieces I have ever ever ever had an I get them quick and so less money then everywhere else. I know I sound like a commercial for them but they are a life saver for me and am grateful and will do anything to recommend them for other hairpiece wearers.

ineedhair, I'm sorry but you sound like a sockpuppet. My friend ordered a hairpiece from hollywoodlace.com a few months ago. He never go it, yes, he never got it! After paying additional $100 for rush delivery for a total of more than $260 he never got his hairpiece. And you know what? When he asked for a refund after two months from promised delivery date the person on the phone started screaming at him, they placed a block on his email address and they do not answer telephones since then.

Do you want more? The cc company will not investigate the case since the claim was filed after two months from the time the order was placed.

Can you tell me then why such a good company will not refund $260 for an order they never delivered, their people screaming on the phone and blocking email addresses?

I don't believe you ever got a haipiece from them. You are a sockpuppet. If you did, you were just lucky.

Look I am not a "sock puppet". My experience with Hollywoodlace has been very good. Good pieces and for me at least service was good. If you have a problem try to work it out with them don't attack me. Based on how you attack and your conspiracy of thought perhaps that is why maybe they have tough time working with you if you have a problem. Good luck I am sure they would deal with you fairly if you are genuine.

ineedhair, maybe they had a few problems with ordering system because they moved recently. They finally found the order and are in process of sending a refund or replacement unit.

Everything seems OK now. You are probably correct that they are a fine company but that doesn't change the fact about that order.

I hope their systems are now up and running and they will never miss an order again in the future.

Price is good, I may order a piece myslef.

I just received my first order from Hollywoodlace.com. I have not had it cut in yet, but the hairpiece I got from Hollywoodlace looks really really good. I will update when I get it cut in.

Sorry for late update on my Hollywoodlace hairpiece. I finally got it cut in a couple of weeks ago and it looks really really good. Best I have ever worn. Jeanne did excellent hair cut. Hollywoodlace really bleached the knots so good and hair is holding up so nice. This hairpiece from hollywoodlace.com is best I have ever had. I am just so grateful. I am finally at peace. I called them to let them know I would be a walking testimonial for them anytime. I just ordered 3 more pieces. Bye bye Hairclub. Happy is not the word. Thanks Hollywoodlace and Jan.

I have had mixed results from HollywoodLace.
2 out of 3 orders have been mostly positive.

1 order for 2 pieces resulted in extremely poor hair quality, the
pieces lasted a few weeks each. When I reported this to hollywoodlace,
they basically said better luck next time

2 orders have been reasonably good, but my 1 rush order (lots of extra expense there) took 10 weeks.

the jury is still out on this one, I haven't given up on them.
