Anyone familiar with Infrared Heating Systems???

I see that there is a factory direct sale taking place by me for these heating systems.
they are suppose to cut cost in your electric and gas sources by 35-50%.
says that the cost to runit is about 1.75 per day for the larger unit that heats 1000 sq ft
and .75 per day for the one that heats 400sq ft.
Anyone have any personal experiences with these.
they are at the price of 349.00 says factory direct sale BUT I went on line and found them for 25.00 less PLUS the girl on the line said if I buy more then one she will knock of another 10.00 plus free shipping.
