Hi there - a question for you guys, Why should I have more anti-oxidants if I exercise frequently? I cant get my head around why this would be.

What I understood is when you do excersice there are free radicals because of your sweat and other things which will be covered when you take antioxidants. So, it will be a good idea to consume antioxidants after your workout.
