Default This can't be right?!?

I decided to update my personal profile on Calorie King this morning, I have lost 5kg+ since the last time I updated it. But the amount of calories it gave me sounds wrong! I went from a recommended 1700 to now being recommended 1210! That seems like too big a leap for a difference of a handful of kilos! I've still got another 20kg ,at least, to lose. What the hell would it be wanting me to have when I lose another 10kg? What do I do?
