My eating has become out of control.
It is not the occasional binge anymore, it is practically every day.
EG. Last night I had a Supremo Chicken Wrap from Nandos (not that bad 1700kj), then chips

then 2 x cookies from subway

then 100g of maltesers.
I dont know what to do, im putting on weight and im just hating myself.
I've even resorted to using dexamphetimines to control my cravings. (either ritalin LA or concerta) My appetite will be non existant for like 8 hours and then it hits me.
Should i go see someone about learning to control myself?
And who would I go see?
Would a nutritionist help?
Or should I go see my GP? I dont think its emotional problems, I just cant stop eating
