Default Sabotaging myself - HELP !!!!!!

I need a bit of advice - ever since Easter I have been going off-track, and haven't lost any weight (haven't gained either but it's been almost a month without a loss).

I haven't been binging, just sabotaging myself in small ways - alcohol, desserts and social get-togethers which take me away from my Lite N Easy regime. It's not every day or evening, but invariably the social slip-ups are on the weekend, which don't help my Monday morning weigh-in.

Also, my exercise has dwindled due to bad weather (I walk), too much work, and now school holidays (with a bad weather combo thrown in).

I know what I NEED to do, just some tips on how to get back on track with motivation/staying strong in the face of temptation would be very helpful.
