Default Healthy Inspirations

Anyone doing this? I did, a year or so ago and I liked it. It was expensive, I guess, but when I worked out what a gym membership + Weight Watchers meetings was costing me, it actually ended up cheaper and provided both services. It's basically Curves (almost identical set up) plus WW, with the diet plans, thew weighing in, the meetings, cept its 3 times a week...
I'm thinking of going back, when my budget isnt so tight, and to give myself a kick in the butt weightloss wise I'm doing their healthy kickstart this week.

At the moment I'm in a cycle of be good for 2-3 days, stuff up, then binge and undo all my good work, plus some. I'm actually gaining weight at a horrific rate. So yeah. Healthy Kickstart. I find it easy to stick to and lose a good chunk of weight off it and it regulates your digestion and insulin levels and gets you ready for a 'normal' diet.
What it is is 7 days straight where you can eat unlimited amounts of:

Meat - any type including bacon, seafood, eggs etc.

Veges - anything but the starchy ones, so no taties, sweet potato, corn.

Dairy - Cheese, cream, butter but NO milk

Nuts and olives

Drink water and tea or coffee, black or with cream

Alot of people find it hard to do, its basically extreme Atkins, but its not meant to be a diet, its a kickstart that gets you ready for a normal balanced diet.
I happen to love it coz im a carnivore and could live off meat and cheese forever.

BUT no alcohol, or it wont work. So here goes a week with no booze... eeeek...
