Default what time of the day do you exercise

I have been finding it difficult to get to the gym during the day, as hubby is renovating our house, and I have a toddler and at the moment a sick child at home. There is a childs room at the gym but I don't take my daughter there, as I would be looking out for her all the time and she wouldn't stay in there anyway. Also it defeats the purpose of having some time off.

So this morning I went to the gym at 6.15am and it was great, only 5 others were there, so I got my workout over with first thing. I am going to do that from now on, whilst hubby is on days off. So I am wondering what time of the day you exercise and how long usually are you at the gym, if you do gym.

Thanks !!
