Since we are technically trying to slow down the digestion process, wouldn't it make more sense to eat more solid fat and solid casein protein before hitting the sack?
Instead of milk...CC since it's a bit chunkier and more solidified...
Instead of PB...solid peanuts since it's going to last longer...
I always hear people talk about PB, AB or some sort of butter as opposed to the more solidified version...peanuts, almonds, cashews, etc.
I assume it's strictly preference for taste and convenience?
