Default how to increase height????

hiii I am having a friend who is 20 years old and he wants to increase his height by 2 inches. Can anybody help???

As i know that a man can grow up to 21 years so your friend has the chance to grow there may be chance to grow.

Well you must join jim, workout daily, and also do cycling , that really helps in increasing height...
