Default Vegetables and headaches

Hi everyone,

I try to eat as many vegetables as possible, and most of them I enjoy. However, I started to make vegetable smoothies for the convenience, but for some reason I always get a headache. This started with carrots, so I thought maybe I was sensitive to them, as now if I eat to many, even not in a smoothie, I get a headache. This same thing has happened with sweet peppers, and now broccoli. I had no problem eating these before, but as soon as I blend them in a smoothie, I seem to develop headaches, and then a sensitivity to the said vegetable. Has anyone else experienced this, or may possibly know what could be causing this ?

any help or advice would be greatly appreciated,

David
