I was thinking that instead of buying things like pretzels, chips etc. I could just go for somthing simpler.
Buy a loaf of bread. Buy a ton of fruits and vegetables. Buy some lunch meat and maybe some other meat. Buy Milk and cheese and just eat that.
If I am hungry mid afternoon I would eat some vegetables or fruit, but if I needed something more substantial I might go for the slice of bread with butter, instead of eating some pretzels or tortilla chips.
My question is does this sound healthy? Is it ok to replace snacks like pretzels and chips and such with just some bread and butter? Does this provide any nutritional benefit?
