Default whats poo got to do, got to do with it?

I am currently dieting/exercising, looking to lose about ten to fifteen pounds, nothing serious, i carry weight in uncomfortable places. any ways, i am wondering what effect bowel movements have on weight loss, I am uncomfortable not being able to poo two or three times a day, and being at work or on the go, i dont always have the time to relax and take my time on the jon. i have heard when people get enemas that lots of poo comes out, could this extra poo that does not have a chance to get poo'd contribute to a thick body or fat? thanks
