Default Help!...is this good so far?

I am sick of having extra fat, and i am finally doing something about it. here is what i did over the past two days.

Breakfast: Varying amounts of regular bread..im getting to fixing that part.

Lunch: Subway Veggie Patty With basically all the veggies too. Southwest Chipolitle sauce..gonna just pick mustard tomorrow

Dinner:
My own home made Tomato Pasta Sauce...no pasta..
Chopped up tomatos, olives, capsicun, loads of mushrooms, olive oil, herbs. no salt either. About 4-5 tomatos worth, fills a bowl.

and just discovered: Raw Almonds for all snack moments.

As for working out, Jogged for about a half hour around my area, not sure of distance, but it sure as hell was tiring, legs dont move right now..some static at home..i dont have time to hit a gym. all this is after getting off work at 6pm.

what changes do i need to make?
thanks!

David
