Default Help with losing a little fat and gaining a lot of muscle

Hello my name is Tyler. This is my first time posting on any website about this. I am not very knowledgeable with nutrition and fitness. I have been trying to get in great shape for about the past 2 months. I can never keep a consistent regime going on. I also dont even know how well I have been trying. I am 19 years old and between 5 foot 11 and 6 foot. I weigh about 150 pounds. I have never been a strong guy whatsoever. I have always wanted to finally lose the last bit of fat on my belly and get a six pack and get nice biceps. ive worked a lot more on the abs. ive been doing an ab workout about 4 times a week. I have thought about taking stuff like creotine but dont kno if it will just give me more weight that I have to work off. I have kind of a messed up sleeping schedule so I usually eat last around 1030, go to bed around 2am. and wake up around 1pm . i do not eat too much at all. I usually have 2 meals a day if that. or 1 meal and bunch of random snacks. ive been trying to eat well recently. Eating some chicken, rice, deli sandwhiches with lettuce, tomato, turkey, slice of cheese. pb&j. fruit, and thats about it. i haven't had too many bad things. well i think ive rambled on enough. I would so greatly appreciate some help with losing the rest of this fat which isn't much at all, build muscle and good nutrition.
