Default Make Time to Care for You

It is imperative that you make time to take care of yourself. No one else will take care of you like you. So live and be healthy. Sometimes it gets hard to be healthy. You will enjoy life more as you become more healthy.

My wife told me the other day that after her 'BodyFlow' class she teaches a woman came up to her and complimented her on her class and how much she enjoyed it. She said she finds it tough to find time to exercise since she has a couple of kids, is a teacher and whatnot. My wife gave her the obvious message of balance and priorities and being healthy etc.. When my wife told me that story I just looked at her and asked her if she asked the woman if she was able to find time to feed herself, and practice personal hygiene because exercising is as important if not more so in some ways then those two points..

After telling her that she said that that was a great way to look at it and that she had to use that when people approached her with similar issues..

Thanks a great story. This would be a much healthier country if everyone thought of it that way.

What ever time works best for you. The most important thing is to workout. Everyone has their own opinion on this. I just to workout in the morning and get it out the way. But, most people feel better working out in the afternoon or the even. I have a few clients that aren't morning people so, they wouldn't even think of working out in the morning.
